All four air-conditioned bedrooms have a large floor-to-ceiling glass walls that offer panoramic views of the backwaters in front of the property.
Each room also has its own private bathroom and shower area.
​If the view outdoors isn't enough, two of the four rooms here at 976 come with attached plunge pools as well.

With a common infinity pool that looks out over the backwaters ahead, 976 Panangad is now renowned as much for its experiences as its serenity and vistas.

Booking & Cancellation Policies 

• You may cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival, after which you will be charged the entire amount.
• If you don’t show up, you will be charged the total price.
• You will be required to do a bank transfer of 50% of the total amount payable within 3 days of enquiry to secure your booking.
• The remaining 50% will be payable via bank transfer before 14 days of your arrival.
• *In case of an emergency/medical-related cancellation, within 14 days, bookings may be transferable within the next 6 months, depending on availability and subject to change in tariff.

Although we strive to accommodate early check-in whenever possible, your room availability depends on whether we have other guests already staying with us.
Do let us know when you plan to arrive in advance.

Child Policies

• Children of all ages are welcome. However, please remember that we have an infinity and plunge pools around so children must be supervised at all times.
• Children, aged between 12 and 5 years will be charged Rs 2750/- per night.
• Any child aged 13 years and above will be treated as an adult with charges as applicable.
• Children below the age of 5 may stay free of charge.
• It should be noted, we have just four extra beds on our property.

House Rules:
​

• While we do enjoy the odd party, please note, 976 is not a venue for hosting large/loud parties for crowds or photo/video shoots of any kind.
• Smoking is not permitted inside any of our rooms.  You could, however, use the designated smoking area outdoors.
• We love pets as much as you do, but our dogs (who are both rescue dogs who live on the property) are not overly keen on sharing their space with yours so bringing your pet over is not an option.

Guests are required to show photo identification upon check-in.
